FOUNDED in 1976 by Rod Scannell in Louisville, KY we have always been committed to delivering quality service in a timely fashion.  Over the years we have painted houses, office buildings, gas stations, restaurants, banks, doctor’s offices, distellries, a caboose(we really did and have pictures to prove it) and numerous other clients properties.  Through this we have remained a small family owned business that is committed to the same principles we started with.<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Scannell Painting offers residential and commercial customers a wide variety of services. We dress professionally, provide courteous service and promise to be on time. We strive to provide the best job to our customers, this starts with proper surface prepartion. We always do the prep work required before painting and do not consider it to be an additional service. This could be sanding, caulking, cleaning or patching the substrate which is to be painted. Yes, it does take longer but our results speak for themselves. We are fully insured and you can take comfort in our use of drop cloths to protect your property.<\/h4>\n
